During the festival, there will be numerous participatory activities for students of all ages. Read below to find out how YOU can participate.

Led by lovely French teachers - we welcome all guests, young and old to join in a traditional French sing-along.  From Alouette to Aux Champs Elysées, we'll belt out French tunes just for fun!

Students are invited to drop in the Art Workshops. There will be henna tatoos with West African Adinkra symbols. Other French art projects will be available as well.  Please contact Mme Vandenplas or Mme Awono with suggestions for crafts and offers for running this important station!

Students are invited to seek instructions from their French teacher so that they may enter this film contest. Be creative and be "French!"

This year, a new contest, SPOTS PUBLICITAIRES, will encourage students to create 30 second to 1 minute commercials which encourage the study of French!  These ads will be awarded prizes as well!  Teachers will use the ads to spotlight the study of foreign languages during the French Week in local schools!  Go forth and promote this great language!!!

Mme Veronique Johnson, de Sligo Creek E.S., will be our face painter extraordinaire!  If you'd like to volunteer to help, please contact her at your convenience.
